How to Take Imbruvica Capsule Take Imbruvica exactly as your doctor prescribes. It can be taken with or without food, but try to take it at the same time each day. The dose and treatment duration will depend on how you respond to the medicine. Regular blood tests may be done to monitor your blood cell levels.
